To help everyone escape the pressures of work, build closer bonds, and recharge their energy, Shengkai export team members went on an incredibly fun team-building trip to Wulian Mountain in Rizhao! This National AAAA-level scenic area, praised by the great poet Su Shi as "as magnificent as Yandang Mountain," is surrounded by green peaks and home to secluded ancient temples. It's not only a refreshing "natural oxygen bar" but also the perfect place for us to support one another, have fun, and strengthen our team spirit.
Early in the morning, we all gathered in high spirits and set off, chatting and laughing all the way as we embarked on our mountain adventure. Upon arriving at Wulian Mountain, we organized our belongings and began our ascent along the mountain trails. The mountain was dotted with towering pine and cypress trees, and the moment we breathed in the fresh air, we instantly felt relaxed. The stone steps wound their way upward, passing famous landmarks such as the "Five Elders Welcoming Guests" and "Tianzhu Peak"-everywhere we looked, there were oddly shaped rocks, and crystal-clear mountain springs trickled by. With every step, we could feel the unique beauty of Wulian Mountain: its strangeness, elegance, danger, and quirkiness, each with its own charm. When we reached Guangming Temple, a royal temple from the Ming Dynasty, we paused to admire the Wulian Great Buddha-the finest example of northern stone carvings. Standing there, we could feel the temple's tranquility and profound cultural heritage, allowing us to completely clear our minds amidst the mountains, waters, and history.
The mountain trail offered both flat, easy stretches and steep, challenging sections, putting everyone's stamina and perseverance to the test. But not a single person gave up! Colleagues helped one another along the way, and heartwarming moments were everywhere. Those with more stamina would slow down to wait for those falling behind, offering water and snacks, and sharing hiking tips. When we encountered steep sections, we held hands and gave each other a push. Cheers of "You can do it!" and "Give it one more push!" echoed through the mountains for a long time. After all our efforts, we all successfully reached Wanghai Peak! Standing shoulder to shoulder, we gazed out at the Yellow Sea in the distance, with endless green mountains stretching as far as the eye could see. We cheered and took group photos, capturing this joyful moment forever. All our fatigue vanished, leaving only a deep sense of accomplishment and belonging.
This Wulian Mountain team-building event was more than just a simple getaway-it was a wonderful opportunity to relax our minds and bodies, exercise, and experience the beauty and culture of Wulian Mountain. Most importantly, it made our team stronger and more united. Climbing the mountain is just like working together: every step we take brings us closer to our goal; every time we help one another, our team grows stronger. Just as Wulian Mountain stands tall and proud despite the passage of time, our team has grown ever closer as we march forward side by side. Every colleague gained trust and friendship from this trip, and we will carry this perseverance and team spirit back into our work.
This trip to Wulian Mountain was not only a wonderful opportunity to relax but also a highly meaningful team-building experience. We've come to understand each other better, bridged the gaps between us, and strengthened our resolve to work together. Moving forward, all employees of Shengkai Group will carry the vitality and friendship gained from this trip into our work with renewed enthusiasm, a more positive attitude, and greater unity.
