The core structure of a PP plastic ampoule consists of the bottle body, the neck, and the bottom plug.

The bottle neck features a "snap-off" design; utilizing pre-fabricated stress lines (such as V-shaped grooves), it enables a precise break, allowing users to open the ampoule with a simple snap-thereby eliminating the cumbersome step of using an abrasive wheel required for glass ampoules.

The bottle body offers flexible capacity options-available in 1.5ml, 3ml, and 5ml specifications-to meet the single-use requirements of various products and minimize residual waste. Furthermore, the PP material is recyclable, aligning with current environmental sustainability trends.
